We are looking for a self-motivated person with excellent communication skills capable of working in a team environment.
· Act as principal contact between the Dealership and customers for repair and maintenance service on vehicles.
· Control customer/client expectations.
· Maximise Dealership sales of service and parts.
· Ensure customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be self motivated, results orientated and have good customer relations along with a proven track record in sales.
Ideally the person we are seeking will have dealership experience with Holden parts interpreting and an understanding of the Reynolds computer system.

Reporting to the Workshop Controller and Service Manager, you will work in partnership with other experienced and dedicated service and support staff in a fully equipped and Air Conditioned workshop. A very attractive salary package including productivity bonuses and incentives is offered with some current employees experiencing productivity bonuses of in excess of 20% of their standard monthly income.
